Degree Options

Bachelor of Science (traditional)
A baccalaureate program in nursing is designed to prepare men and women to become professional registered nurses. This program is organized into a basic 4-year program.

Bachelor of Science (RN to BS)
This program is designed for registered nurses with an Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing who wish to complete their baccalaureate degree. The College of Nursing has designed an accelerated program that recognizes the academic credits from the student's basic program.

Additional Areas of Study

Thanatology
Students are encouraged to take courses and participate in research studies associated with Thanatology to provide an understanding of death, dying, and grief.
