Professor Gagnon has been with University of Rhode Island since January of 2005. She is an alumni of the Nurse Practitioner program at the College, graduating in December of 2001.
Ms. Gagnon obtained her Master's in Nursing Administration from Northeastern University in 1995. She has clinical and management experience in psychiatric, medical-surgical, and emergency room nursing. She has worked as a nurse practitioner for the RI Department of Corrections and for a psychiatric consultant group.
Ms. Gagnon teaches Advance Medical-Surgical Nursing, URI 101, and Nursing with Older Adults.
