Registration
and Cancellation Policy
Facuty Development Program in Health Literacy:
Payment: Registrations must be accompanied by full payment. Make checks, money orders, or institutional purchase orders payable to The University of Rhode Island. Registration includes continuing education (CE)/continuing medical education (CME) credits as noted, program materials, refreshments, lunch, and parking.
Registration Fee: $165.00.
Credit card payment and online registrations are not available for this program. Registrations are accepted on a space available basis.
Cancellation:
Credit for a future RIGEC program will be granted, less a $50 administrative fee, for cancellations received by August 14, 2008. Cancellations received after August 14th are not eligile for a refund or credit.
Registrants who are unable to attend this program may transfer their registration for the program to a colleague without penalty.
