Outreach Programs Educational Programs Academic Programs RIGEC Home			Outreach Programs Health Professions in Geriatrics Program: The Health Professions in Geriatrics Program was developed to help meet the goals of the Bureau of Health Professions' Kids Into Health Careers initiative. RIGEC works in partnership with high school teachers and youth-oriented academic/talent development programs to encourage career interest in the health professions, specifically working with older adults, among economically disadvantaged and minority high school students.
