Kingston Campus Parking Areas

WARNING!!!  We electronically record and tow vehicles which are not registered with the University.

ALWAYS PARK IN THE AREA DESIGNATED BY YOUR PARKING PERMIT.

Commuters - Both Fine Arts and Keaney Lot are filled by 9:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday for Fall and Spring Semesters. To avoid traffic and parking delays, please take Route 138 to Plains Road and park in the Plains Road Commuter Parking Lot instead.

Commuter parking is ONLY allowed in the designated Commuter areas (red).

General Student Parking - To better meet the needs of our students, we provide several areas for General Resident Parking. This means that resident students (whether Freshmen, Upperclassmen, Apartment, or Greek and Special Programs) will all be eligible to park in these areas if their vehicle is properly displaying a current permit.

General Resident Parking areas are clearly marked with signage, displaying corresponding colors for residents (green, orange, blue, and yellow respectively) and will show as a multi use area on the Campus Parking map.

We will also continue to have specifically designated lots, which are to be used solely by Upperclassmen Residents (orange), Apartment Residents (blue), and Greek and Special Program Residents (yellow) as indicated by the signage.

Summer Session Parking - Students taking summer session courses do NOT have to purchase a parking permit for this time period. However, these students MUST park in a Commuter or Resident student lot (see Campus Parking map for student lot locations).
