Graduate Assistant Decal Procedure
The following criteria (1-5) are required for the Graduate Assistant to receive a $100.00 waiver of their URI parking decal:

Student must be a Full Time, 20 hour per week Graduate Assistant.

Student must have an effective date of employment as of August 26, 2008 for the Fall Semester.

Student’s name must appear on the official BOG/GAU listing of Graduate Assistants.

Student must have purchased a URI parking pass for the FALL SEMESTER BY OCTOBER 15, 2008.

Student must request either a Graduate Assistant Apartment Resident decal or a Graduate Assistant Commuter decal, whichever applies. (Apartment Residents are required to pay the remaining $75.00 for their decal)
If any of the above criteria are NOT met, you are not eligible to receive a waiver for the parking decal. Your order will be denied by URI Parking Services and you are then required to reorder through the normal process and pay for the correct decal.
If you are eligible, you can order your decal through our web site by clicking on the submenu "Purchase Student Vehicle Decal" under "Permits" and following the instructions to register the vehicle. Select the appropriate decal: Graduate Assistant Apartment Resident or Graduate Assistant Commuter. Your request will be approved or denied by the Parking Services staff. If approved, your decal will be sent to the mailing address listed in your account.
