All visitors parking a vehicle on the Kingston Campus are required to display a current parking pass issued from our Visitor Center. Visitor Lots are designated as “pink” on the Campus Parking Map.
Visitor passes are not required from 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. weekdays or on weekends.
Only passes obtained from the Visitors Center are valid. Any other passes displayed on a vehicle will not be recognized by Parking Services and could result in ticketing and/or towing of the vehicle.
When planning a seminar or conference, please alert the Parking Services Office well in advance of your event (at least 2 weeks before the event) so that the proper paperwork can be processed by our staff. You can obtain a Group Visitor Pass Request Form by calling our office. Group passes are issued for groups of 20 or more people. When your group count is less than 20 people, each visitor must stop at the Visitors Center for a regular day pass when they arrive on campus.
Visitor Passes are not issued to faculty, staff, or students. Faculty and staff are required to park in staff lots with a current staff hangtag displayed. All students are required to register their vehicles through our online registration system.
For more information, please contact the Visitor Center, located at 45 Upper College Rd., at (401) 874-2133. Visitor Center office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

If the overnight visitor is staying through a weekday, they must return to the Visitors Center in the morning and obtain a Visitor Parking Pass and park in a Visitor Lot during the days Monday - Friday.
