The Plan
Weight Watchers has developed a plan that is based on a points system. Almost every food that a person could think of has a certain number of points assigned to them based on their calorie levels, vitamins, and nutrients. Every person on the plan has a certain number of points that they can use up during the day. People eat what they want, when they want as long as they follow the plan. Weight Watchers also sells prepared entrees at local grocery stores that have points assigned to them so if someone is looking for a quick and complete meal they pop a meal in the microwave.
Cons
The only drawbacks for this plan is that you need to be careful not to slip. Weight Watchers gives you the guides and lets you do it on your own. If you are not willing to make the sacrifice of eating in moderation and not cheating with your points then you will not succeed in losing weight.
