I am currently a Ph.D student in Department of Food Science and Nutrition at University of Rhode Island. My major professor is Dr. A.Garth Rand. My research interests are development of rapid detection methods for food pathogens, biosensor, and food safety issues. Besides study and research, I like to play basketball, enjoy watching collage basketball and football, and taking some relaxing hikes in the woods and enjoy the wonders of nature.
