Research Interests |
Dr. Rosenbaum’s research interests are associated with understanding the dose response relationship and factors that effect this relationship. This area is studied through the development and application of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models. Research techniques used include: the development of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models using traditional and population methods; testing various patient demographic characteristics as potential covariates for pharmacokinetic and/or pharmacodynamic parameters; screening potential drug interactions; simulations using integrated pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic computer models to more clearly understand the relationship and the effect of the perturbations of various parameters on drug response.
