Biotransformation and Chemical Toxicology

  • Sulfotransferase biochemistry and physiological effects of inhibition.
  • Mechanisms causing inter-individual variation in metabolism.
  • Biotransformation of heterocyclic amine carcinogens in animal models and human tissues.
