This group uses a variety of techniques in modeling and simulation to better understand the dose-response relationship. The activities are broadly directed to two main areas: teaching and research.

Teaching
A number of Interactive Models of Drug Action (iMODA) have been developed to teach the principles of basic and applied pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
 
Research
The population approach to pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analysis is applied with the goal of optimizing drug doses both clinically and during drug development.
