Accommodations & Reservations

For the convenience of conference attendees, a room block has been reserved at the Holiday Inn in South Kingstown, RI. It is conveniently located near the University of Rhode Island. Additional locations may be added if available. All reservations must be made no later than August 31, 2012. Rooms may sell out before this date so be sure to make your reservation early to get the negotiated rate.

The group code will be sent to you in your confirmation e-mail when you submit your registration form. Please add the appropriate code when booking your room online or when you call the hotel. If you have already registered, you will receive a personal e-mail with the hotel information and group code.

Transportation will be provided between the hotel and the conference site.
