Attendee Registration

We are delighted you will be attending the 2012 URI College of Pharmacy Symposium.

  • The Symposium is free and open to the public and therefore does not require a registration fee.

  • Please indicate the sessions you are attending, as space is limited.

  • If you are interested in receiving Continuing Pharmacy Education credits, please check the last box at the bottom of the registration form. You will receive instructions for submitting your program evaluation and obtaining your CE certificate at the registration table on the day of the Symposium.

  • Upon completion of the registration form, you will be sent a confirmation to the e-mail address you provide.

• Pharmacists

• Pharmaceutical scientists

• Students and faculty of pharmaceutical, basic, and applied sciences

• Any professional with an interest in medication therapies, drug discovery and development, or pharmaceutical care
