Performance Improvement Certificate Program

“It is an immutable law in business that words are words, explanations are explanations, promises are promises, but only performance is reality.” Harold S. Geneen

Performance is defined as a combination of behaviors and outcomes where every action and decision of those who do the work impacts the bottom line.

This program teaches personal and team performance so that it positively impacts Business Performance. The “status quo” or traditional solutions are no longer acceptable. Can your employees navigate in what has become the “new norm” for organizations, that of uncertainty? Is your company leading and managing its way through a crisis, realigning departments, consolidating or outsourcing services, moving into global markets, or steering through an economic drought? As a business owner, we can partner with you by providing performance solutions to the challenges facing your business. Let us help your employees learn how to “stretch” themselves, to re-examine how they do work, to capitalize on the energy that change brings, and to help them explore solutions and create opportunities they’ve never considered before.

This program is facilitated by skilled and experienced practitioners and delivered on site for your employees, (minimum 5 participants). The cost to deliver this 2.5 day program is $5000.00 with a $75.00 materials charge per person.

To book this program, please contact Christine P. Dolan at 401-277-5388 or via email Christine@uri.edu.
