In today’s economy, organizations with the best chance to succeed and thrive are those that become learning organizations. Organizations that find meaningful ways for their employees to connect are more likely to realize greater productivity, enhanced career growth, improved innovation and overall better employee performance. Employees can be developed and educated through multiple methods. One method to help turn an organization into a learning organization is by building coaching.
This program offers a unique coaching model, an asset-based approach designed to help with personal or organizational decision making, assist with reframing perceived problems, aid with career path work, and provide suggestions for approaches to personal development, professional growth and balance with personal lifestyles.
The instructor for this program is Dr. Gene Knott who has been a professional coach for over 20 years, working primarily with senior and C-level executives. Dr. Knott has worked extensively with six sectors: health care, human services, finance, high tech, higher education, and with professional associations.
