CROSSING CURRENTS: FEMINISM NOW exhibit

Gallery Night Reception with performance by Hannah Resseger March 17, 5:00pm – 9:00pm

This program is a collaboration of the URI Providence Campus, Hera Gallery and The Hive Archive. Hera and The Hive are two dynamic Rhode Island women artists collectives. Voices of Hope: Women for Inspiration concert

Voices of Hope: Women Singing for Inspiration is a non-auditioned chorus of women from Rhode Island who come together to celebrate the power inherent in women’s voices and to learn and perform a variety of choral music. Women of all ages and backgrounds have come together to connect and rejoice through the magic of music. Join us for a fun evening of song and spirit from all styles of music, with an emphasis on music written by and for women, representing many cultures and countries in peace and song. Beth Armstrong, Jodi Glass, Kim Trusty, all dynamic leaders in the Rhode Island women’s and music communities lead this inspiring ensemble.
