- Leadership Coaching-PS professionals will work with university managers to support their efforts to provide leadership to their units. This support is always confidential and is geared to help leaders better understand the personal assets they bring to their leadership roles, complexities of working effectively with others as well as accomplishing organizational missions.
- Process Re-engineering-Organizational ineffectiveness too often is misdiagnosed as underperforming individuals. Sometimes the systems and resources that support people in their organizational roles are out of balance and need to be redesigned to fit the work of the organization and the people who do the work. PS can assist in helping bring systems, processes, resources back in alignment to help organizational members make the most of the talents.
- Team Building- High performing organizations function best when its members are "in-tune" with each other and operate as teams. PS can help your organization do some fine tuning by offering a variety of fun, interactive, and instructive experiences that help individuals better understand themselves and how they contribute to the overall performance of the team. Indoor and outdoor experiential activities such as ropes courses, simulations, dialogues are various approaches that can be designed to fit the needs of your organization.
- Retreat Facilitation- Individuals and organizations can benefit by “getting away from it all.” Retreats are effective alternatives to traditional meetings where participants can get to know each other, explore issues, generate new ideas, promote positive change, conduct strategic planning in a casual and informal setting. PS can design the perfect retreat, activities as well as location) for your organization so when you return to the day to day work you will know the time had been well spent.

- Unit Training-PS offers a wide variety of professional and personal development activities for URI staff and faculty. Similar professional and personal development opportunities can be provided for entire departments at the university. Workshops on communication skills, problem solving , decision making, leadership, collaboration, and many others can be offered in several hours or several day formats.
- Management Training-Training for managers are available from PS. Whether in a group setting or individualized, issues specific to managers are explored. From communication skills to goal setting to performance management, managers can hone their skills and confidence in leading their organizations.
