Rhody Ready customers receive a high quality custom-configured computer system meeting or

"No Touch" Warranty Program, offers you
in-dorm assistance, walk-in hardware and software assistance and phone support for the duration of your
"No-Touch" enrollment.

Are early orders available?
Absolutely! We understand a lot of students like to get comfortable with their new computer or transfer data
from one back home. If you order online or by phone, just specify that you would like your system early. When
you select this option we'll waive your dorm setup and ship your Rhody Ready package home at no cost.

When are Rhody Ready configurations available?
How can I pay for my Rhody Ready computer?
We accept cash, personal checks, major credit cards and bank-issued money orders. You may qualify for loans through
URI's financial aid office. You might want to consult a bank or credit union for additional finance options. Our
staff is here to help you find the computer that meets your needs and your budget. We'd be delighted to assist you
in selecting a system that has the ideal combination of processing power, dazzling features and renowned support
at an affordable price.
Payments can be made online with our secure store or you can pay by check for a cash discount.
What's included?
What about warranties and theft protection?
Every Rhody Ready computer sold has a 3-year manufacturer parts and labor warranty. Accidental damage coverage is highly
recommended and is available for Dell, and HP vendors. Apple does not currently offer an accidental damage warranty,
though there are third-party groups that do, such as
Safeware Insurance.
Theft protection by Computrace is also available, if you don't purchase
an accidental damage warranty or theft protection, please consult with your home owners insurance about your coverage/deductible/etc.
We include our "
No Touch Warranty" on all new Rhody Ready computer systems. It lasts
for one academic year and can be renewed in subsequent years for $89 On-Campus and $79 Off-Campus.

What if I'm bringing my own computer?
RAM Computers offers a service warranty called
RAMCare that parallels our
legendary "No-Touch" warranty normally paired with Rhody Ready computers. If you are looking for peace of mind

genuine copy of Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium or Professional, or Mac OSX Lion.
You will receive all Operating System included features and all software that is installed as a result of manufacturer provided
updates. Also installed: McAfee Anti Virus software (with URI EPO software), Spyware cleaning utility, hardware device drivers
