My TV doesn't work.
Is the TV plugged in and turned on? And is the cable connected to the wall jack? If your TV has never worked on RamTV, see the RamTV Setup guide.
 
The picture is "snowy".
Make sure your RG6 cable is connected tightly at both ends and is in good condition. You might borrow a friend's cable to test this.
 
I can't get all the channels.
Your TV must be "cable-ready". If it is not, buy a converter (available at electronics stores) or a cable-ready VCR. You will get channels 10 through 13 only if your TV is not cable-ready.
