Janet L. Johnson, Ph.D. is a Director at Pro-Change Behavior Systems, Inc. She received her B.S. in Psychology (1996) from Bowling Green State University, and she received her M.A. (1999) and Ph.D. (2001) in Experimental Psychology from the University of Rhode Island. She has worked with a variety of health behaviors including: smoking cessation, sun exposure, adolescent drug use, adolescent condom use, diet, exercise, and decision making for health care and organ donation. Her primary research interests are methodology and statistics within the field of health behavior change with her research focusing on applying the Transtheoretical Model to these behaviors and helping to create behavior change technologies for improving behavior change interventions.
