The tracking system provides reports and lists of all subjects due for contact; generates scheduled lists with mailing labels, cover letters, and pre-coded optical scan form surveys with ID numbers; and is linked to a master relational database which stores all data collected on individuals, including dates of attempted contact, date of completion, disposition of the individual subject, as well as data from screener, baseline and follow-up questionnaires.
