Approximately two-thirds of graduates hold jobs directly related to industrial relations or human resources. Of these, one-third are human resource or labor relations managers. Twenty percent hold positions with labor unions. The remainder are scattered across a number of allied fields, including worker training, labor and employment law, and workers' compensation.
Recent graduates work for L. L. Bean, IRS, Toray Plastics, Service Employees International Union, American Federation of Teachers, National Education Association, Providence Newspaper Guild, AAUP, Raytheon, Lifespan, Hasbro, and United Nurses and Allied Professionals
