Labor Arbitration Conferences
Our Annual Labor Arbitration conference is offered in the fall of each year. Conference speakers include arbitrators, academics, labor and management advocates, and officials from state and federal agencies. Topics included in recent years are difficult evidentiary issues, harassment claims between bargain unit members, workplace fairness in a global economy, starting an arbitration practice, and ethical issues in arbitration.
