The American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009 (ARRA), also referred to as the Recovery Act or the Federal Stimulus Package, provides a one-time opportunity for research and development funding for University researchers. All Federal agencies will receive additional significant research dollars for competitive grants, construction or renovation of research facilities, and instrumentation. This website is a resource for accessing the stimulus funding implementation plans of the federal agencies.
This site will be continuously updated as new information becomes available.
