Honors Program
The Honors Program at the University of Rhode Island offers learning enrichment opportunities that broaden and enhance your undergraduate educational experience. The Program features small classes with outstanding faculty, a nationally renowned honors colloquium, national scholarship advising, and in-depth study and research with faculty mentors. All major national scholarship competitions are available to Honors students. Honors at URI offers a community of students and faculty dedicated to excellence in undergraduate education.

The University of Rhode Island Department of Athletics and Recreation offers 22 intercollegiate sports (12 women and 10 for men) and 17 club sports programs. Rhode Island is a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference and NCAA Division I (Division I-AA for football). Here are some helpful links.
