 The University of Rhode Island has established a music service with Ruckus to provide free, downloadable music to students with university credentials (students must use their @mail.uri.edu email address). The service will remain free until the 2006 fall semester, at which point users must be on campus to download for free. Sign up for the service at ruckus.com/ruckus/registration/ With Ruckus, students can search for music, download songs, and listen to them on the Ruckus Player (currently available only to Windows users).
