OFFICE OF STRATEGIC PLANNING AND INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH no longer exists. 

Effective July 1, 2003, the institutional research function will return
to Academic Affairs, specifically to merge with the information
production function of the Vice Provost for Libraries and Information
Services. Hereafter, the Vice Provost, Paul Gandel, will be responsible
for, and accountable for, the production of information required for
both external reports and internal planning.
