Spotlight on Zeta Epsilon Tau Alpha:
Zeta Epsilon Tau Alpha is a local sorority at the University of Rhode Island.
ZETA was founded in December of 2002 upon the ideals of philanthropy and a
strong sense of sisterhood. We are a group of outstanding women who live by
our pillars- Pride, Passion, Strength, Service, Leadership and Love. We strive
to represent these pillars in the best way possible. We are committed to
serving our community- with in the university and outside. Some of our past
philanthopies include Pasta Dinner for Breast Cancer, Beach Clean'ups and the
Annual ShoutOut. ZETA is very focused on academics and had maintained the
highest GPA in all of the greek system for the last few years.Additionally,
ZETA has received many awards. Most recently, we were awarded Most Outstanding
Philanthropy and Outstanding Leadership for 2006-2007. In 2006 we were Greek
