The purpose of this organization shall be to create a community of Textile, Fashion Merchandising and Design Majors, Textile Marketing Majors, and students of other majors with a common interest in fashion to exchange ideas and explore the industry.

Members are asked to join a committee to stay involved throughout the year:

FMS produces URI's annual spring fashion show. It is 100% student run, and you can get involved in design, advertising, set design, and many other aspects of production.
