Minutes: April 14th
Alrighty Gents, Here's a quick rundown of upcoming events and such and such.
-There is a Campus Clean Up sponsored by the S.A.S. on Saturday 18th starting at 11:00am. Drop by the quad for some free goodies and a chance to make the campus not look like shitz.
-Earth Day is coming up on April 22nd and we will be having a booth at the event on the quad. Sign up for a time to chillax at the booth at the meeting on Tuesday. In addition to the booth, we will be having:
-The Iron Chef competition at 2:00. Teams that have signed up, know who the are. Ingredients will be announced on Tuesday.
-Trail mix to be sold!! Bring your trail mix ingredients to the meeting on Tuesday. It's ok to bring something even if you havent signed up, and it doesnt really matter what it is... its the thought that counts you idiot.
-The Adirondack Backpacking Trip has been transformed into a canoe/portaging trip. For all those who are interested, we will be having a separate meeting next week after the meeting (It is still being planned for the first week in September)
-The AVS is holding a Farm Olympics Saturday April 25th. A team must include 5 people and at least 2 of them must be girls. If you're interested, Shoot us an email or come to the meeting. or both, thats cool too.
-Lincoln woods trip Sunday 26th, bouldering and such. Yeah, mark it down.
-Easter candy ½ off at CVS
-We are currently in the process of planning a large scale camping trip on the Quad that will be open to the University. Any ideas in regards to that, let us know.
-The Kayak trip has been moved to the second of May.
