Minutes: February 24th
Hey, sorry this is so late... but i have needs too.
So here's the news...
We've got trip logs for people who go on trips so we can record the "who what when where" and all that jazz.
The outing club spelling bee team came in second!!! way to go Tyler Ferrara and Jimmy, you are shining stars.
The trip for the White Mountains will probably happen at a later weekend due to a vote of 0 to everyone in favor of the move.
People interested in the bouldering team will be meeting at the RIRG at 6ish on Friday. COOL
(the bouldering Comp. is on Friday the 13 of March)
The block island trip on the 7th and/or 8th is still on, so keep one of those days free so you can enjoy some awesome.
If anyone has any awesome spring break plans and wants to extend them to the group. Go for it. Will Masse will most likely be mountain biking, and someone else is chilling with their mom if you're interested. I know I'll be there.
April 22nd is the Earth Day event on the quad and we will be holding an Iron Chef competition with fabulous prizes. Make a team and join. We may also be selling trail mix. I think.
Next weeks workshop will be on tying some awesome climbing knots so you can do all that stuff and "knot" die hahaha. Hosted by yours truly. I will also be showing you a cool way to tie your shoes that wont come undone. neato.

Upcoming ideas: Mt. Rumney, Mt Monadnock (camp and hike up the mountain for sunrise) and canoeing on Squam lake. we shall keep you posted on the development of these projects.
