Meetings
Our main weekly meeting is being held every Thursday at 5:00pm in the honors lounge on the second floor of Lippit hall. We are going back to the open discussion format for two weeks of the month, and between we will watch a philosophically relevant film. For example: Thursday's meeting will be a discussion of subjective perspectives and their effects upon our concepts of truth. Next week, we will watch "Memento," a film about an individual's loss of memory and how it effects his actions. the next week we will continue our discussion in light of the film. Every fourth week will be a paper workshop where we read each other's work (either for a class or independently) and give comments and tips.
