Basketball Pep Band (MUS 290)
Rehearsals: Approximately five rehearsals will be scheduled at various times during the Fall semester.
Requirements: Open to all students with experience playing a band instrument.
Description: Playing music of varied styles (including rock, pop and jazz), the URI Basketball Pep Band performs in the Ryan Center for all home men’s and women’s basketball games. The Pep Band also travels to support the teams in both Atlantic-10 tournaments and in any potential NCAA tournament games.
