Description: Our mission is to improve health knowledge on campus and in the community through education, cooperation, and volunteerism.
Our group is designed for students majoring, or considering majoring in health care related majors including, but not limited to nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, pre-med, pre-dental, psychology, microbiology, and physical therapy.
We want to bring students from all the health care related majors together to foster collaboration and mutual respect among our future partners in patient care.
Upcoming Events: Meetings will be held every other Tuesday evening at 6:00 PM in the Senate Chambers in Memorial Union. First meeting is on September 22, 2009.
The first event we will be involved in is Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes on Saturday, October 3, 2009. We will form a team and raise money to donate to the American Diabetes Association.
