Description: Seekers meditation club is a non religious group which meets on campus and is open to anyone who has an interest in learning/practicing meditation techniques. We host weekly meetings that consist of generally two to three different forms of meditation for the purpose of relaxation, body and mind stillness, and general well being. We also have tea and sometimes snacks, thin mints, Andes Candies, sometimes cookies.. As a group we try to make the meetings as fun as possible and encourage people to laugh and not take things so seriously. If you are interested please feel free to stop by for a meeting and check us out.
Other Information: Meeting are on Mondays at 5pm in Lippitt Hall
