About me!
Hello, my name is Denise Sullivan. I created this page for a computer
science 101 assignment. I am currently a sophomore at the University of Rhode Island,
and I have lived in this state my whole life. I decided to make a college search
site because I remember getting all those university and college fliers in the
mail my senior year, and boy was I overwhelmed! My guidance councelor at school
had given me some tips on how to figure out what kind of college I wanted to attend.
but I had no idea how to find out which schools had what I wanted. Luckily, my
dad knew about the US News & World Reports college rankings, and that turned out
to be a great start.
This page is meant as sort of a resource for finding resources. It's just
a way to let people know that these helpful websites are out there, but you won't
necessarily find the best ones by typing "college" into Google. I hope this site
is useful in you college search, and I wish you the best of luck!
