The External Affairs committee is focused on all things (people, organizations, etc.) outside the University including local, state, or national issues, legislation that affects the University and its students.
The committee handles off-campus housing and transportation issues and works with local town and law-enforcement officials, as well as the URI-Narragansett Coalition, to find solutions to problems and make off-campus living a positive and safe experience.
