The e-CHUG (electronic Check-Up to Go) is an interactive online survey that allows college students to enter information about their drinking patterns and receive feedback on their alcohol use. The assessment takes about 6-7 minutes to complete.
The survey is anonymous and will not ask for the student's name or URI ID number. The student will, however, be prompted to enter information about their drinking patterns, family history and lifestyle. The student will receive an anonymous ID number, which must be recorded in order to access the results.
After all information has been entered, the form will be submitted. The information entered will be validated and process, yielding results compared to national and local college norms.
You will need to print a copy of your results and a cop of the completion certificate, and return both the Office of Student Life.
