The AUDIT has been replaced by the 1st Offender Alcohol Questionnaire. The survey can be accessed by clicking the link below. In order to fulfill your sanction you need to complete the survey.

e-CHUG

The e-CHUG (electronic Check-Up to Go) is an interactive online survey that allows college students to enter information about their drinking patterns and receive feedback on their alcohol use. The assessment takes about 6-7 minutes to complete.

The survey is anonymous and will not ask for the student's name or URI ID number. The student will, however, be prompted to enter information about their drinking patterns, family history and lifestyle. The student will receive an anonymous ID number, which must be recorded in order to access the results. Bring your e-Chug ID number to the Office of Student Life to complete this sanction. It is not necessary to print the results.

After all information has been entered, the form will be submitted. The information entered will be validated and process, yielding results compared to national and local college norms.

e-TOKE

The e-TOKE (electronic THC Online Knowledge Experience) is an interactive online survey that allows college students to enter information about their marijuana use. The assessment takes about 6-7 minutes to complete.

The survey is anonymous and will not ask for the student's name or URI ID number. The student will, however, be prompted to enter information about their marijuana use and lifestyle. JADE (Judicial Alcohol / Drug Education)

JADE

JADE (Judicial Alcohol / Drug Education) sessions are sanctions for alcohol and drug policy violators. JADE sessions consist of two 1-on-1 conversations regarding the health dangers of drug use, the importance of good decision making, and the understanding of how drugs can affect your academic, social, and personal life.

If you are sanctioned to complete JADE sessions, email your schedule to jade@etal.uri.edu and you will receive email confirmation for your first appointment.
