Traditional Summer School Students

Housing for students enrolled in URI's Summer School is available on the Kingston campus. Summer housing accommodations are located in Garrahy and Wiley Halls which are comprised of 4 and 5 bedroom apartments. These apartments are fully furnished and room assignments are single occupancy unless otherwise specified. Students are eligible to live on campus for the timeframe in which the student is enrolled in classes. Online applications will be available March 9th, 2009. in the Department of Housing and Residential Life's (HRL) main office located in Roger Williams Commons, in the Summer Housing Office located in the basement of Adams Hall.

Applications must be submitted by April 30,2009.

Rooms are assigned on a first come first serve basis as space is available. These buildings are air conditioned, apartments have full kitchens and private bathrooms, and each bedroom is equipped with internet, telephone and cable TV connections. All rooms in Garrahy and Wiley Halls will be vacated at the end of Summer Session 2. The cost per room is $975 per 5 week summer session.

Coffee Plus Snack Bar (Providence)
Quality food service is available at the Providence campus courtesy of the Business Enterprise Program of State Services for the Blind, featuring hot and cold entrees, sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts and beverages.
Open daily except Sunday.
Hours are 7:30AM to 8:45PM Monday through Thursday; 7:30AM to 1:45PM on Friday and 8:00AM to 1:00PM on Saturday.
