CONFERENCE FEES

Three-Day Workshops: $250

The "Three-day Workshops" track offers participants the opportunity to write intensively and to share your work over the course of three days with the same instructor and small group of participants. Some reading and writing may be assigned for homework both before and between the three workshop sessions.

Main Conference: $160

Listen to writers sharing their histories and offering advice. Explore new paths to writing. Take part in short writing exercises and go home with additional ideas to try on your own. Hear about new trends in publishing, and develop a strategy for your own writing career. From 2-hour intensives to craft sessions to conversations with writers, the "Main Conference" track gives participants a wealth of experiences to take in.

Combination Discounts

Both components of the conference are great for helping you network and get inspired to go forth and prosper as a writer. Here are our combination discounts:

• Combination Discount for Three-day Workshops and Main Conference: $380
• Early-Bird Registration for Three-day Workshops and Main Conference (must register by May 15): $350
• Student Combination Discount for Three-day Workshops and Main Conference: $200 (students must present a valid student ID at the conference)
• URI Faculty / Staff Combination Discount for Three-day Workshops and Main Conference: $200 (must present a valid URI ID at the conference)
• Scholarship Information A limited number of scholarships are available. Please follow this link to download an application.

Optional Fees

• 30 Minute One-on-One Consultations: $100, available on Thursday 3:30-4:30 and Saturday 4:45-6:00, requires that you upload a manuscript by June 14, 2012.
