Moving, Rigging & Events
Work orders are required for moves, rigging, special events, and/or disposals. Our staff:
- works with your department to provide information and supplies (i.e. boxes, tape, etc.);
- coordinates with a moving company the times, dates, and department's priorities; this includes very large or extremely heavy or sensitive equipment.
- coordinates and oversees all Support Services Aspects (i.e. tents, tables, chairs, podiums, ferns) of major special events (i.e. Commencement, Convocation, Centennial Scholar Day, Meet the University, Freshman & Family Orientation, etc.)
