What is Fall Advising Day?
Fall Advising Day is a half-day advising program for incoming freshmen and transfer students who have not yet met with an academic advisor and registered for classes.
When and how can I register for classes?
Students should wait to register for classes until Fall Advising Day, which is when you will meet with an academic advisor.
Before Fall Advising Day, be sure that you have established an eCampus account. Visit www.uri.edu/ecampus and click on First Time Users Register Here. Contact the URI HELP Desk if you have any trouble -- 401-874-HELP(4357).
What are the Fall Advising Day details?
Fall Advising Day will be held on September 3rd, 2013. Arrival & check-in is at 8:30am and the program will begin promptly at 9am. in the Great Room of Roosevelt Hall. Plan to be with the program until approximately noon.
Do I have to pay?
No. There is no fee for Fall Advising Day.
Do I have to register?
Yes. Click on "Register Now" on the sidebar or send an email of intent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your URI ID#. Check-in is at 8:30am in the Great Room of Roosevelt Hall.

Should I sign up for classes now?
Transfer students are eligible to sign up for classes as soon as your enrollment deposit is processed. Before attempting to be advised and register for classes, be sure that you have established an eCampus account. Visit www.uri.edu/ecampus and click on First Time Users Register Here. Contact the URI HELP Desk if you have any trouble -- 401-874-HELP(4357). When meeting with your advisor, plan to bring a copy of your transcript.
Freshmen students should wait until meeting with an advisor at Fall Advising Day to register.
