The GAU - BOG 2004-2007 Collective Bargaing Agreement establishes the rights and responsibilities of both the Union and the Board of Governors. Included in that agreement is the due process right to bring a preceived violation of those rights and responsibilities to an impartial person for a determination if a violation occured. There are several steps in the process that allow a resolution prior to third party intervention. It is the intent of both the administration and the union to resolve such disputes at the lowest possible level.
