Engineering Career Day introduces high school freshman, sophomores and juniors to career opportunities in civil engineering through hands-on and classroom activities. This seventh annual event is sponsored by Rhode Island's leading engineering employers and educators.

Bridge Building Contest
As part of Engineering Career Day, participating high schools may register for this contest. Students will work in teams to design and build a bridge before the day of the event. Balsa wood and design specifications will be provided.
