ITS presents technology-related classes and workshops during the Spring, Summer and Fall semesters. They are free to the URI community. Check this page at the beginning of each semester to see the listing of courses offered.

Self-Paced Training
Training CDs are available in the URI Library Media Resource Center. They include Macintosh, Windows, and Web applications used within the University community. The CDs can be used in the Media Resource Center or checked out for home or office use. Call 874-4266 for the Media Resource Center's hours.
HelpDesk
ITS provides basic technical assistance in the public computing labs and on a walk-in basis at the Help Desk in the URI Library.
Student Technology Assistants
Assisting faculty with technology-driven curriculum projects and providing technology assistance in the classroom.
