The talk was scheduled as part of the University of Rhode Island\u2019s Honors Colloquium.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe Colloquium, titled \u201cCybersecurity &amp; Privacy, resumes Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 7:30 p.m. with a panel discussion on Cybercrime headlined by Congressman Jim Langevin.
