Quaking Aspen

Fast growing medium sized pyramidal deciduous tree. Foliage dark green above, whitish on underside. Flattened petioles cause leaves to flutter in slightest breeze. Bark is greenish white when young, gray and furrowed in mature tree. Fall color is yellow gold. Full sun, tolerates many soil types. Cold tolerant. Native to RI. 40-50’ x 20-30’.
