Chestnut Oak

Large tree with bluntly toothed dark yellowish green leaves. 1-1 ½” long, narrow acorns are attractive to wildlife. Tolerates poor dry rocky upland sites. Tolerates heat and drought. Native to RI. 60-70’ x 60-70’.
